Gas Entries

Gas_List_1

The ‘Gas Entries’ page shows a listing of all gas entries made by the user. The table includes column headers that can be pressed to sort the entries by Date, Price, or Total in both ascending and descending order. The footer of the table contains the calculated statistics. These values are based solely on the entries selected on the left hand pane. Selected entries appear in green and are included in the calculation, unselected entries are not included in the calculation.
The values selected in green on the left pane are also the values that are included in your email export. Entries that include an odometer reading have a blue circle indicator so fuel economy calculation can be made with maximum flexibility.

Gas_Details_Edit_Screen

Once a row from the gas entries page is pressed the details of that entry are displayed. The user can edit the date, pump values and the odometer reading.

The screen above shows the details in ‘Edit’ mode where the user is free to press on any section to edit the details. When in ‘non-Edit’ mode the user can scroll between entries using a left and right icons that are currently disabled in the screen above.
Gas_List_Email

Only those entries selected will be included in the email export. The HTML format will contain a table that looks similar to the actual table list while the CSV format can be imported into a spread sheet for further processing. Email entries to yourself or directly to your accountant on the go based on the criteria of your choosing.

To select multiple entries in green at once several ‘Double Tap’ features have been included. By double tapping the red pin icon (top left corner) all of the entries become selected. Double tap the clear button (bottom left) to clear all entries. You can also double tap any green entry area to invoke the bulk selector. Any corresponding selection will mark all entries in between as green selected.

Edit_Pump_Screen

When entering the pump details if any two values are entered and the remaining third value is empty, simply pressing on the empty cell will automatically calculate the value based on the other two entries. This value can be overwritten but can also be calculated again if cleared and pressed-off and on again. For example, entering the total price and the price per gallon will automatically calculate the volume (gallons) when the user presses on its area. The same applies for all combinations.
