
Much like the ‘Gas’ section, the ‘Expense’ section has a table list with similar calculation features. The user can select specific entries to be included in the footer calculation and in any email export of the data.
The above example illustrates the use of the sorting functionality on the expense ‘Type’ along with entry selection (green selected cells on the left pane) to determine the total cost spent on Parking. Similar interactions could be used to examine costs for specific weeks, months and/or years.


The ‘Expense Details’ screen shows the specifics of the entry chosen from the ‘Expense Entries’ page. Put the screen in ‘Edit’ mode to edit these details.

The cost of the expense and any notes that pertain to the expense can also be added in the first screen above.
